 Alerts

Alerts are notifications sent to you by other users. Alerts are most commonly linked to a note on case but can also be linked to basic notes which haven't been associated with a specific case.

Alerts are used to notify users of a Note that has been added to case and other important information that may not be related to a specific case.

All of your Alerts will be displayed on this screen, sorted chronologically. Tap any Alerts which has been linked to a case to view the associated case.

To clear any Alert, tap the clear link shown in the lower-right.
