Ticklers
The Ticklers screen is used to schedule a tickler which is shown with a Due Date and a Reminder on the
Home Screen.
The Reminder specifies the numbers of days prior to the Due Date when the Tickler will become activated. Once a Tickler is marked completed, the date of completion will be recorded.
Click New for each new Ticklers that should be added to the case.
To delete an entry, first select an entry by clicking anywhere on the highlighted row. The selected Tickler will be indicated with the icon. Click the
Delete button in the toolbar to delete an entry
