During the Summer of 2018, Justice Works hosted a series of webinars introducing new versions of defenderData (dData) which were subsequently made available in September 2018. Offices were encouraged to upgrade to either dData v6 or v7 by the end of December 2018 so we may reduce maintenance costs for the legacy dData v5. The date has been extended to June 30, 2019 after which technical support will no longer be available for dData v5.

If your office has not already upgraded to either v6 or v7, please make plans to upgrade, accordingly, to avoid any potential service disruptions. For upgrade assistance, please contact Justice Works Support (support@justiceworks.com or 888-696-9357).
